What does Microsoft think of Holland?

Well, according to a recently announced contest (the Windows Server System 2003 challenge), Microsoft is boycotting the Netherlands. What do you make of this?

Residents of the following countries are ineligible to participate. Cuba; Iran; Iraq; Italy; Libya; Netherlands; North Korea; Sudan; Syria.

Have we just been listed among the 'axis of evil'? What have we done to deserve this?
